Taco Hacienda in Lake Havasu City

Love this place especially Taco Tuesday’s!!!Other selections as good too. And Good Margaritas!

Growing up in Lake Havasu this was our favorite family restaurant. I had to bring my husband here when we drove through. I haven't eaten here in almost 15yrs and the food is still amazing!

Great prices. Awsome food. Friendly, lively and very attentive waitresses. Amazing mixed drinks made to perfection. Happy hour everyday 3 to 5.

Authentic, good Mexican food. Chili Rellano was great.

Food sat in the kitchen until it got cold and the cheese congealed. Sent it back, they microwaved it, and served it again. Now it's dry and inedible.And then they overcharged me for everything. Seafood burrito, the waitress asked if I wanted rice or beans. Said rice and they charged it separately. Wanted a $2 happy hour draft beer, was told non-domestics are a dollar more. Ok, got a Pacifico after asking what was on special, and it came out to $4. Lady at the register argued with me on both those things when I asked about it.Won't be back.

Service was not inviting. Store bought salsa, frozen food heated up. Nothing fresh here! Will not return! Save it money!

Plates are huge. Food took a while to be served and prices are reasonable. Im biased, though. This was Mexican technically, but the Carne was just strip steak. I'd stop short of calling it Mexican-American... but there's nothing like the real deal (and this wasn't it). Not bad if you are hungry though. Atmosphere is casual. There was no music or anything. Just a chill dinner with family.

Very sorry to say they have closed. We loved going there, food was good, service great, small but cozy place to eat. It was for sale for years. Good location and family owned.

Server pretty much didn't check on us during our visit. We asked for waters at least 3 times before they were brought out with our meal. I mean you're in the desert bring out water should be something that's normally asked for and not hard to remember. After we got our meals we didn't see the server again till long after we had finished and it was closing time and she was rushing us out of there.

Possibly more iconic to Lake Havasu City than the London Bridge! Every time I visit, I go to Taco Hacienda. I have spent many nights there with family and friends. The food has remained the same high quality over the last 30 years. My go to is a Beef and Cheese Burrito, deep fried, enchilada style!!! The salsa is delicious! Wish they would bottle it. I like to add some Jerry's Fire Water for that extra little kick!!! I'm back in LHC next week. Taco Hacienda is the first stop!!!

I love the food. They have hotter hot sauce if you ask for it though it's not really much hotter than the mild served with the chips. It does look like the place is actively trying to close shop. Like the family that owns it is ready to retire, but that's purely speculative. I'm not about to investigate, I just wanna nom some chips. This would be 5 stars if they added a bit more pizzazz and made me feel like they were in it for the long haul. I won't be surprised when I drive up and find it's been sold.

I heard Taco Hacienda closed !! I ate there in the early 90's. Best Chimichangas I've ever had. 5 stars.

Food was good as always, but waitress was unusually rude. Plenty of tables open but Melanie acted like she wanted us out before even asking if we were finished. No way to treat a local couple.

I Good lunch and price

We have been going to Taco Hacienda for years. Service is great. Always very friendly and smiling. Food is always good. The only thing I can complain about is the fajitas. They are good but they are served on a plate. I prefer to have my fajitas come out sizzling on the cast iron pan that every other Mexican restaurant serves fajitas on.

We were a large group (17) with separate tickets. The server was very quick and friendly and got all of our food ( which was excellent) out in a timely manner and to the correct people.

Delicious Taco Tuesday! Shredded pork is the best, tried one of each except turkey. Speedy service, and everyone is very polite ! Definitely coming back! Salsa is flavorful and very mild, margarita choices are awesome and well blended.

One of my favorite spots in town. Their customer service is on point. Everytime I call in an order, Kim remembers my order before I even tell her. She has been there a long time and will always take care of her customers! The employees will always run to the front with a smile to greet you even when they are busy. The service is fast and the food is wonderful. I highly recommend Taco Hacienda to anyone looking for great Mexican food!

Ordered a margarita on the rocks, no salt. Drink came with salt. Told her I requested no salt. She quickly realized the mistake, apologized and took it back. Waitress returns less than a minute later and I knew what she had done. I took one sip and all I tasted was salt. Got up to find the manager but no manager on premise. The waitress comes to me and asks what's the concern? I said, you poured that drink into another glass instead of making me a new one, didn't you? She said, yes. Told her I could not drink that. She never offered to remake the drink but luckily she did take it off the bill. Don't wanna go back!

Great place! We happened to be there for $1.50 tacos (Tuesday). Had a tasty mango margarita to go with my tacos. Nice convenient place for 6 of us.

Always a good place to eat at a good price worthy of a drive

Food is good. Nice to get away from the lake and have a relaxing Mexican meal The employees also went above and beyond when they found a card my son lost (he was upset). Our waitress came running out to give us the card. I appreciate the extra effort they gave to make our visit happy.

This is my kids and I fav place to eat. We always have great food and good times here.

Through three owners and 30 years this is my all time favorite mexican restaurant.

I have grown up going to this restaurant great food and the staff has all been there forever.

I love the Chile Verde... Service is great. The guy who has full beard and strawberry red hair remembers the small details which makes me feel a little extra special. Wish I knew his name.
